I read a scientific study once on rice as it responds to words. The scientist had three bowls of rice.
Bowl one: he spoke ugly to the bowl of rice. Within a few days it got black mold.
Bowl two: he ignored it, didn't say anything. It lasted a little longer but eventually got moldy also.
Bowl three: he spoke complimentary, nice words to it, praising it daily. That bowl lasted 3 weeks before it started to change color.
Taking that study into consideration, I would imagine if you prayed positive thoughts for happy, healthy hair over your rice water before use, you may expect even better results.

I have been using it on my face becouse I know it is good for clearing sking and just 3 days have passed(2 actually I forgot one day) and it already helped me a lot with the hyperpigmentation, really recomend it

I do the fermented rice water, but I also add cloves & rosemary leaves! I leave this water on for 1 hour(waist length hair) and messages this in the scalp and hair, rinse well. I use this 2xs weekly in spray bottle..

For skin you have mentioned soak rice for 2 hours, ferment for 2 days and then use. For hair, soak rice for 12-24 hours and use that water.
Could we just soak rice in water for 24 hours and keep that water for both hair as well as skin? (For skin, use it daily and for hair once a week)

Fermented one worked for me all by itself, doc. I took no vitamins, only had caffeine to keep up my energy. I assume the additions you mentioned would make it work faster.
